Sheet Details: Header
The sheet header is accessible when editing a sheet. To edit it, click on the file with pen icon in the level 2 header.
Reload: Restores the sheet to the last published setting.
Hide Pane: Closes the sheet design pane.
Sheet Details
Name: The name of the sheet. The sheet name should be unique across the space. A warning message will be displayed if you try to use a name that already exists.
Title: A description for the sheet, displayed as the title to the user.
Functional Area: Automatically assigned based on where the sheet was created. This controls authorization and workflow for the sheet.
Enable Access Control: Should be enabled if you want to control data access for the sheet. If not enabled, the entire sheet data will be available to any users who have access to the sheet.
Private: Users can change the privacy status by clicking this checkbox.
Layout Type: A dropdown selection allowing users to set the layout according to the axis chosen to create the sheet. By default, the selection is set to Standard. If Allow Multiple Sections is checked in the dimensions section of the sheet, the default selection will be Shared Row Axis. The options included in Layout Type are:
- Standard: Selected when the sheet has only one section. The layout will be standard, with dimensions in rows, columns, and filters.
- Shared Row Axis: Applicable when the sheet contains multiple axes. This selection implies the rows in the sheet are shared between multiple sections.
- Shared Column Axis: Applicable when using multiple sections. This selection implies the columns in the sheet are shared between the sections.
