Navigating Cycle
Level 2 Header
When navigating to the Monitor tab of the process, you can preview the dashboard with all existing cycles and the option to create new cycles.
Refresh: Updates the real-time progress of each individual instance on the dashboard.
Add Cycle: Creates a new cycle. The cycle details pane captures the necessary details.

Export: Exports the cycle, instance, and all progress details to Excel.
Show/ Hide Completed: Displays or hides active or completed cycles on the dashboard.
Show Header: Hides the Level 2 Header for full-screen monitoring.
Cycle Details
To create and manage a cycle, we enable and capture the required details below.

Cycle Monitor
Each cycle, once created, can be tracked and monitored with detailed real-time progress. User collaboration, monitoring, and audit information are transparently available on the dashboard for business admins in JustPerform. When an instance is selected, the detailed dashboard displays the following fields:

Finally, each cycle can be marked as completed once all the activity instances are completed and approved, using the Completed button at the header of the cycle pane.
Note: Once a cycle is completed, it will be moved to the Completed Cycles view, which can be accessed using the Show/Hide Completed Cycle option.
