Navigating Functional Area

The functional area is accessible from the Explore section of the JustPerform web platform. To locate the functional area, find the app within the space. The functional areas are contained within the apps and are represented by the functional area icon.

By default, each space will contain the Public functional area, which includes two folders: Stories and Calculations. Users with the appropriate permissions can create new items within the functional area. The Plus icon next to the functional area provides the option to create new items.

By clicking the Side Bar icon on the L2 header, users can access and modify details and control dimensions within the functional area. They also have the option to delete the functional area if needed. This feature provides users with a high level of control and flexibility in managing functional areas according to their specific needs.

Furthermore, the catalogue feature enables users to view the various models associated with a functional area and obtain detailed information about them. This feature provides users with a comprehensive overview of the models and their associated details, allowing them to make informed decisions about the functional area's management.

On clicking the Ellipsis beside the functional area, you will find options to perform on existing functional areas. The options include:

  • New tab
  • Copy
  • Edit
  • Delete
