Review Data: Features

Navigation

To navigate to the review data tab, follow these steps:

1. Select the Modelling tab.

2. Open the space, then move toward Models.

3. Select and expand the specific model.

4. A list of existing modules will be displayed. Click on the relevant module.

Display Content

When navigating to the Review Data tab, users need to click on the refresh button to display the latest data. Once the refreshed data appears, users can also see the timestamp of the last refresh. Users can select the number of rows they want to see at a time.

Note: The maximum number of rows that can be displayed is 50,000.

Apply Filter

1. Each dimension column has a filter icon. When selected, click on the Filter button.

2. Search and filter the list of members inside the dimension.

3. Use the checkbox to select the members to be filtered for data to appear and uncheck the box for the others.

4. Finally, click Okay.

Exporting data

Note: Before exporting the data, users need to filter the dimension members for which they want the data to appear.

1. Click on the Filter button to the right of the refresh button. New options will appear with the names of the dimensions.

   

2. Click on the dimension name you want to use to filter the data.

3. Select the member by which you want to filter.

4. Click on Insert Member and then Okay.

5. If the name of the dimension you want to filter by is not available, click on the Filter button.

6. A list of dimension names will be shown. Select the relevant dimension, click on Insert Member, and then Okay.

7. Click on the ellipsis button, and then select Export.
