Review Data
Purpose
To visualize module structure and explore data for quick analysis:
To avoid the hassle of exporting data to Excel and then applying filters to analyze it, the Review Module Data functionality has been introduced. This feature helps users directly explore data at the module level in a web grid and perform analysis functions on the platform itself.
Additionally, users can perform further analysis by using the export data functionality to export the data in Excel or CSV format.

A list of existing modules can be viewed. Click on the relevant module.
Overview
One of the key challenges in exploring and analyzing data within a module has been simplified using this feature. To make this task easier for users, JustPerform has introduced the review data functionality. This allows users to check the data inside the module using the web grid form, search and filter it according to their options, and export the data as well.
Functionalities for effective reviewing:
Refresh the Latest Data: To view the latest data, users need to click on the refresh button. To the right of the refresh button, a timestamp shows when the data was last refreshed.
Search for Specific Data: Users can click on the search button and search for data using dimension values for any of the dimensions available on the grid.
Filter Data: Users can filter each dimension name inside the module by clicking on the funnel button to the right of the dimension name. They can then check or uncheck the members they want to see.
Details of Module: To review or update the definition of the modules, such as updating the dimensions under the module or modifying the advanced filters, users can click on the details button.
Export Data: To view the data in Excel, users can click on the ellipsis button and select export. This will export a CSV file containing all the data in the module.
Row Limit: Users can change the number of rows displayed by typing the desired number of rows they want to appear.
