Role Management How-To Guide

Roles are created at the space level. Space-related access is controlled and maintained through roles. The list of roles required for the space and access within the space can be configured as follows:

Add Role

  1. To add a new role, go to the User page and, in the L2 Header, click Add User.

  2. Enter the Role Name and Role Description in the Role Details pane.

  3. Click the Add button beside Assign Users. In the selector popup, check the checkbox beside the users to be assigned the new role, click Insert Items and Okay.

  4. Click Save at the bottom of the Role Details pane to save.

Assign User

To assing user to any of the exisiting roles:

  • Role Assignment

  • Copy

  • Multirole Management

  • Delete Role
