Enhanced Password Policy

Password policies have been enhanced for JustPerform users' authentication or identity provider. We have now enhanced the default password policy for users using JustPerform authentication or identity provider. With this update, authentication passwords for accessing JustPerform will have to use a mix of upper and lowercase letters, numbers, symbols, and the password must not be the same as the one used in the last 5 times. There are additional considerations like passwords having a maximum age of 90 days and more.

Task Monitor

Monitoring the calculation progress has been made easy and simpler with the new Task Monitor. Under Governance, introducing a Task Monitor which displays the complete dashboard with all the calculations that are in-progress, completed, or failed. It helps admins to monitor the in-progress logs, analyze error logs, and take necessary action.

Parameters

Parameters have been introduced in stories to help users build and analyze their stories or reports while using linked fields. We can now pass user context or selection of one field as a variable or parameter to another field. For example, the profit center can be derived automatically when the user selects the cost center from context. Similarly, time periods can be derived from version.

In summary, we can set up parameters to derive the field based on context/user selection of another field, as long as both fields have a relationship defined using Linked to.
