Scenario 2

Import an Excel workbook with multiple worksheets, each sheet containing data from different companies, collected as part of a data collection activity.

To update this Excel workbook into remote tables, refer to the user's Excel files for reference we will use for this scenario.

Create Remote Tables

Follow same steps as in Scenario 1. Attached is the Connection file for reference:

Upload excel files

Follow same steps as in Scenario 1. Attached is the User's Excel file for Import for this Scenario:

Note: Multiple Excel files can also be uploaded, as long as the configuration is the same in this scenario.

Note: Authorization: Note that the remote tables import follows the role authorization set for the user. Only the users who have access to the respective instance field values, as defined in the instance details connection schema, will be able to import/upload the data. Example: In the above scenario COMPANY, if users have access to 1010 only, JustPerform will not upload data for 1030.

Note: By default, the re-import will always replace data based on the instance.
