Transaction List - Journal Document
The Journal functionality enables users to capture accounting document-type data with essential characteristics such as debit, credit, balance, remarks, status, and more.
Once the Journal template is designed with fields and metrics, user can input entries from the Journal Document screen. The Default screen displays all created Journals by filter. The Journal Header reflects the configuration in Journal template Layout.
To create a Journal Document Template,
Navigate to any Functional Area.
Under Transaction, select Journal.

Style Enhancement to capture formatting by metrics
The new style enhancement allows users to create unique sheet styles:
For editable members (Input and Input-enabled Linked metrics).
For non-editable members (Formula, Parent, Summary, Linked metrics).
Style also supports creation of specific styles for individual metrics.
Numeric metrics types now include custom formatting options, such as shortening numbers (e.g., K/M/B) and defining number of decimal places for a number.
Learn more about Styles in the Sheet Details section.
Automation Task under Process Flow Activity
JustPerform Process Flow now supports automation at the activity level. Users can set triggers to initiate automation and configure actions to control updates when triggered. Each trigger can have multiple actions.
For example, if an activity status changes from open to submit, the data status for one sheet might change from initiate to validation, while another sheet might change from begin to close.

Disable P&L Impact and Net Variant Rules in Calculation Task
Users can now disable the execution of P&L Impact and Net Variant Rules in the Calculation Task. These rules will execute only when data is changed in the Input Form or during an upload. This change may impact your formulas if your Calculation Rules do not include the necessary Rules to carry the balance to Retained Earnings.
