Navigating the Home Page
Home Page
JustPerform's vision has always been to simplify the lives of business users. To begin with, the navigation has been streamlined to foucs more on business processes.
Upon successful login, the system will direct you to the Home Page, as shown below. The Home screen includes the following sections:
- Space Explorer
The navigation pane on the left side displays a list of all process components and building block objects, categorized by process sections. It appears when you select the four cubes below the header on level 2.
- Header
- Level 1 Header: General system usability options are displayed at the top section of the screen.
- Level 2 Header: Selected page options from the space explorer are displayed.
- My Activities
This section displays all activities assigned to the user. Upon selecting an activity, its details will open. From there, the user can select an instance and begin completing the assigned tasks.

- Favourites
On the right side of the screen, the pages selected as your favorites will be displayed for easier access.
- Page Details
The central part of the screen shows details of the selected objects (as chosen from the space explorer section).
The homepage displays all the common navigation elements used throughout the platform:
Space Explorer
Process definition functions are classified into different sections based on their usage, such as:
Drive: Process-related definitions and their configurations are defined through this menu, such as scenarios, process flow, stories, and defining rules. These functions are categorized and grouped based on the business deployment approach.
Modelling: All system configuration-related objects are configured through this menu, including models, fields, and modules. Additionally, metadata is defined here.
Governance: Security-related configurations for users and permissions are set up through this menu, as well as audit and data log definitions.
Search: Use this menu to search for specific processes or system objects within the relevant section.
Lock/Hide Use this option to hide the space explorer pane and get a full-page menu view.
Header
My Support: Navigate to the My Support portal for users to collaborate, raise, and resolve incidents for both internal and external support.
Notifications: Users are notified of their action items and key platform reminders through this function. Users can check the details of the notifications here.
Menu: To get started, users can click to get a quick view of menu options. This icon navigates to different sub-menu screens from the popup menu displayed.
Platform Help: Access platform help through this option.
Workspace Name: The selected workspace name is displayed.
Workspace User: The user's name initial is displayed.
Key Points
Based on the specific object or component selected in the space explorer, actions corresponding to the selected object will be available in the Level 2 header options.
Users can access the space explorer using the menu icon.
Relevant actions for the object are grouped on the right side of the header.
Configuration data for the object can be organized as tabs on the left side of the header.
Note: Level 2 header icons, functions, and impacts will be explained in detailed sections.
Page Details
Based on the object selected from the space explorer and the relevant action picked from the Level 2 header, details of this object will be shown in the Page Details section.
Depending on the type of selected object (e.g., a model, a field, or a module), users can view all the components and items defined for this object, or the master data with members and their properties that are created and maintained in the system.
