Navigating Process

Processes in a workspace can be accessed from the Explore pane under Process. Each process has a name and cycle dimensions. Cycle dimensions are fields for which the cycle is later created. For example, budgeting cycle dimensions such as Version and Time would mean creating a budgeting cycle for a specific year and version, like 2025, Budget. Each individual process will contain three tabs: Scenarios, Flow, and Monitor.

Scenario: This tab contains the list of scenarios to be covered.

Flow: This tab contains activities along with the tasks and details associated with them.

Monitor: This tab is used to bundle multiple activities in a cycle and monitor them.
