Process
In JustPerform, a process is the consolidation of different business scenarios. Each scenario covers a business outcome to be achieved. Specific steps required to achieve the business outcome are identified as part of the scenario. Typically, these steps cover inputs, reports, calculations, etc. JustPerform's intelligent algorithm refers to the steps defined and automatically generates the required data flow, models, and associated business rules for users to provide additional details. Along with this, the data protection rules also automatically update as the status of the data flow changes.
Process definition activities are completed by providing additional details identified by JustPerform. These steps defined in JustPerform are grouped into Tasks, Activities, and Workflow.
Tasks represent single pieces of work to be done by users or automatically executed based on conditions defined in the workflow.
Activities represent groups of tasks to be executed by specific groups of users.
Workflow includes the sequence of activities through which business outcomes are achieved. Workflow controls the initiation, assignment, and completion of activities based on conditions defined in the workflow definition.
