My Support User Interface Update

01 November 2022

We are making changes to the user experience of the My Support portal, previously called Incident Inbox. In the revised user interface, you will have more space to focus on notes and the ability to hide or unhide request properties like process, priority, assigned to, etc. Moreover, you will have the ability to filter requests by process on the My Requests tab and have a quick view of open requests.

In addition to the previously available BAL – Balances, PER – PERIOD, MTD, QTD, and YTD functions that display data as per accounting requirements, we have now introduced the PRE - PRESENTATION function in which income and asset accounts are displayed as positive, and expense and liabilities are displayed as negative.

Enhanced User Management Interface

Adding users and managing roles in JustPerform is easier than before. We have now updated the user interface for managing users at the workspace and space levels, and for managing roles and role assignments.

Enhancement to Account Types

30 November 2022

Account types play a big role in adding users, managing, or monitoring workspaces and spaces. There are four types of accounts at the workspace level: Workspace Owner, Workspace Admin, Security Admin, and Standard User.

Additionally, at the individual space level, you can now assign a user as a Space Owner. The Space Owner gets permission to manage all objects in the space.

Note that access to data is controlled by data access defined in roles and assigned to users. Data access is not provided based on account type.

Review Last Login Time

Admin users can now review the activation status and last login time and date for each user. This information helps in reviewing if there are any inactive users and making changes to the user list as appropriate.
