Updates on JustPerform Web & Add-in Experiences

Event Log Enhancements

The Event Log will now captures all actions performed by users interacting with system data. This log can also be exported and filtered by Time Range, Event ID, Event Type, IP Address, and Updated by.

Cycle Selection

Cycle selection is now available in the JustPerform Office 365 Connector, ensuring alignment with the My Activities interface on the JustPerform web.

Context Synchronization

Context synchronization between the JustPerform Web and Excel interfaces ensures a seamless user experience:

  • The Functional Area (FA) context automatically synchronizes with the instance context for the same fields.

  • A reset button allows reverting all values back to the instance context if changes are made to the FA context.

  • When switching instances, users can confirm and automatically sync current selections to match the new instance values.

Web Reports Enhancement

Web reports now features:

  • Auto wrap-text for text type data.

  • Automatic row height adjustment to improve readability and appearance.

Snippets Access in Office 365 Connector

Snippets and sheet data are now directly accessible through the JustPerform Office 365 Connector.

Updates on JustPerform Sheet Capabilities

New Functions: Copy and Snapshot

  • Copy Function: Copies data into an existing version and combines the existing data with the new data for that version returning all calculation results.
  • Snapshot Function: Captures the state of data at a particular point in time. Data in a snapshot cannot be modified or recalculated following any formula or parameter changes.

Metric Parameters and Calculation Optimization

  • Revise Metric Parameters: Users can set, filter, add, and assign metric parameters.
  • Optimize Metric Calculation: Improved performance of metric calculations using a columnar database for the metric calculation engine.

Version Restrictions for Sheet Data

New properties "Applicable From" and "Applicable To" in the scenario type field helping restrict data calculation within sheets.

Metric Summary List

The new Metric Summary List is now available in the App Content and Functional Area catalog page. This summary includes metric details such as data type, formula, notes, references, and more. The summary can also be exported.
