Reset Password

You can either reset the password yourself or get support from the work administrator to reset it.

You will receive a reset password link to set a new password.

Self-reset Password

On the login page, after providing your email address and clicking Continue, click on Forgot Password to receive the reset password link in your email.

A password reset email will be sent to your registered email address. When you click on the Reset Password link, the system will redirect you to webpage, where you can set your new password.

Sample password reset email:

Click on the link, which will navigate you to the Set Password page. Enter your new password and click Submit.

Note: Your email address and password will be used as credentials for logging in each time.

The Workspace Owner or Administrator can also reset your password.
