A new Access page is introduced for reviewing access and authorizations for applications within the workspace. This page includes both secured and non-secured applications. It can be accessed from the Explore pane under Governance > Permissions > Access Review.

Features of the Access Review page:

  • Users can search for and export authorization and access details as an Excel workbook.

  • Modifications cannot be made directly on this page.

  • Similar to the Multi-Role Management screen, the Access Review page contains three tabs: Permissions, Data, and Users.

  • An additional column, App, is included at the beginning.

  • Secured applications are listed by their specific names.

  • Non-secured applications are labeled as Enterprise.

Carry Forward Rules for Sheet

We are excited to introduce ProcessIQ, a new functionality designed to simplify the setup and execution of business rules directly within your sheets. The initial version of ProcessIQ is called Features.

The first available rule under Features is Carry Forward, which automatically transfers the previous year’s closing balances to the opening balances for all target periods. This rule is part of a broader set of Consolidation Rules that will be expanded in future releases.

Sheets now include a new option: Consolidate Data in Sheet, which can be enabled by the user. To use this feature, ensure your sheet contains the following required field type : Version, Time, Account, Flow, Organization Unit, Dataset, Group (Currency).

Options under Consolidate Data in Sheet:

  1. Maintain as YTD Balance: Stores data in a Year-to-Date (YTD) format for each month, ensuring that PL data reflects cumulative values.

  2. Track Interco Detail Tracks trading partner data within the same sheet.

  3. Enable Auto Journal and Elimination:(Coming Soon) Allows automatic journaling and elimination rules within the sheet.

Rules can be executed from the Features tab in the sheet or as a calculation step in Activities from the task pane.

OData service for metrics

To enhance the integration capabilities between JustPerform and other systems or environments, the OData service now includes Metric data along with the existing data.

The syntax remains the same as the existing OData service for models, with a minor modification for metrics. Instead of using the model name as a parameter, the parameter format for metrics will be %Sheetname%_%Metricname%S, replacing all special characters (including spaces) with underscores (_).
