JustPerform OData Service for Notes Data

With this update, users can now access Notes and Comments information through the same OData service previously used to retrieve JustPerform data. Previously, the OData service only provided access to JustPerform fields and model data such as Master and transaction data. Now, commentaries recorded in JustPerform are also exposed to external sources with this service. To access Notes data, follow the naming convention, using the model name followed by _NOTES as the structure to access notes information.

Improvements for Value Driver Tree

The Interim Step feature is designed to indicate that a specific metric is used as an intermediate step in the calculation process to reach a final business outcome. Results for these intermediate metrics no longer need to be posted in the system, reducing redundant data and improving overall performance.

Additionally, performance improvements have been deployed for larger datasets exceeding 100,000 records, improving calculation time by 15% to 30% compared to the previous calculation process, striving to provide the best experience.

Refresh Functions for Excel Add-in

New functions have been introduced in the Excel Add-in to publish the Refresh Information directly in JustPerform templates. Users can create functions to display Refresh Date, Refresh Time, and Refreshed By on the JustPerform templates:

  • Refreshed Date: Displays the current date. Initially shown in a default format, but customization options are available.

  • Refreshed Time: Displays the current time (synchronized with server time). Default format: HH:MM:SS.

  • Refreshed By: Displays the email address of the user who triggered the refresh.

These functions operate similarly to the existing Context and Selection functions, enhancing visibility and traceability.
