Snippet - Visuals
JustPerform enhances data visualization and intelligence by enabling users to effortlessly create diverse visual reports using their existing standard or virtual model data. Users can navigate to any authorized model and create visuals using model data. Similar to report Snippets, users are guided through details and field selection, and can use drag-and-drop functionality to choose the fields for visualization.
This feature supports dynamic, interactive visuals with multiple chart options for comparison, composition, trend, and indicators. It simplifies the process of making changes to visuals, enabling users to analyze and build with ease. Users can preview visuals with a simple Refresh and publish them as needed. A toolbar is available for customizing options, including Visual Type, Color Banding, Chart Element settings, Data/Table Settings, and Visual Interactions. Privacy and sharing options allow secure distribution.

Snippets - Input Sheets and Reports
Web reporting is now fully enabled with Snippets, allowing users to create both Input Sheets and Reports.
Features and Benefits:
Input Sheets: Capture data at varying levels of detail and structure.
Report Snippets: Analyze model data by fields, attributes, and preferences.
Snippet reports can be accessed and built using existing models, virtual or standard. Snippets facilitate easy access and collaboration on reports. Snippets are easily shareable with filters via web URLs. Authorized users can view reports with respective filters, enabling targeted analysis based on specific data or history.
This feature supports reporting in both web and Excel interfaces, with a the same report building experience for easy adoption by business users.

Styles for Snippets
Styles in Snippets allow users to format Snippets according to their preferences, enhancing the reporting and input form experience within the web interface. A Style Toolbar icon appears in the second-level header of the Snippet screen. It provides a range of formatting options, including font, font size, number formatting, text color, background color, cell border, alignment settings, text wrapping, and indenting. Users can hide or display various elements such as grids, column headers, row headers, and the formula bar to tailor their view to the report content.
To create and apply styles:
Navigate to the Toolbar.
Expand the Toolbar and manage styles to customize components like row and column axis headings, data, and more.
Assign different styles based on conditions such as input or calculated members.
Apply individual style settings by selecting specific formatting options.
Once the styles are set up and assigned to the Snippet, refresh the report to see the chosen styles in action.

Value Driver Tree - Enhancements
The Value Driver Tree (VDT) engine has three significant updates, each complementing one another:
-
Output Field Mapping:
This feature allows users to dynamically change the output member based on mappings with members from the Input metric. Users can map dimensions from the Input metric based on Link to type Property. For instance, if an Input metric's Subfield is linked to the Organization Unit, the system detects all Subfield levels. Users can then select a specific property as output, and the system returns the corresponding member during calculations. This dynamic determination of output members enhances the versatility of VDT.
Embedded Clear Logic in VDT: Users can now set up clear logic directly within the Value Driver Tree, providing control over the impact area for Rule Designer. By enabling clear logic in the preferences section, users can define clear rules similar to standard calculations. This embedded clear logic streamlines the process and offers precise control over data clearing within the VDT.
-
New Member Selector Relations: The New Member Selector Relations, applicable only to VDT Context, introduce two new options: Siblings and Property Member.
Siblings include all members assigned to the same group as the selected member, allowing users to detect an entire group of data even when selecting a single member. This is useful for scenarios like data transfer between departments.
Property Member selects a member where the ID matches the value assigned in the Property of the Context member. This feature enables precise control in scenarios like clearing data between different departments. Users can define Property members within the Member selector of the Input metric or VDT Clear logic.
