Report Snippets

Create Report

1. In JustPerform web, go to the Modelling tab and select a standard or virtual model to base the snippet on.

2. In the level 2 header, locate the Snippet icon to start creating a snippet. The Snippet menu contains two panes: Public and Private. Users can access existing snippets here. Below, locate the Create Snippet button and select Report. A snippet creation pane will open.

3. Fill in the Snippet details as below:

   • Name: Name of the report

   • Title: Report name to be displayed

   • Private: Checked by default

   • Fields: All the fields and their attributes can be viewed by expanding the sections. Move the desired attributes to rows, columns, or filters in the design pane layout.

   • Layout: Field attributes moved from the Fields section will appear here. Click the Filter icon to select members. Click the Ellipsis icon to move fields within the layout or remove them.

4. Refresh to apply the changes and view updated data.

5. Click Publish to publish the snippet.

Share Report

1. Locate the snippet to be shared by clicking the Snippet icon. Find the snippet and click Edit.

2. Uncheck the Private checkbox.

3. Click Publish.

4. Copy the Snippet URL from the browser and share.
