Importing Data into Justperform

Create Connection

In the Governance Tab, Go to Connections. Click on the ‘+’ button to create new connections. Provide details of Connection ID, Description while choosing the ‘SAP Application’ as the Source Type and ‘Save’ the connection.

Once saved, set up the connection by providing all the required details like Application Server, System ID, Instance Number, Router String, Port Number, Client, Protocol and Authentication Type while enabling the OData Option. Once the details are provided, Click on ‘Save and Test’ to test the connection.

Configuring the Remote Table

Create Table Set

In the Modelling Tab, head over to the connection created under the earlier step to create the table set. Provide all the necessary details to create the ‘Table Set’. The Table Set is used to group relevant tables for ease of maintenance.

Add Remote Table

Remote table can be added by clicking on the ‘ Add Remote Tables’ option under the Modelling tab

Provide configuration details like usage (data type, master transaction) and select replicated under data residency.

Import Rules/ Filters

Provide the filter based on the requirements.

The rules support full load and delta load.

Filters can be time specific or range bound.

Execute Data load to JustPerform Remote Tables

JustPerform provides two options for data load. Adhoc Sync and Scheduling. Choose whichever is applicable.

Adhoc Sync

Create the Adhoc sync. Choose the filters from the import filters search. Click execute for the data to be loaded into remote tables.

Scheduling

JustPerofrm supports multiple scheduling options like daily, yearly, monthly and weekly. Create a schedule based on your requirements and Save for data load to happen.

Once the load happens, all the data will be imported to the remote table.
