Visual Workflow Designer for Data Integration and Processing
A comprehensive new capability has been introduced to enable visual workflow creation and execution for orchestrating data operations across the workspace. Workflows provide users with an intuitive interface to design multi-step data processes. This enhancement combines data reading, transformation, and output operations into automated workflows, eliminating the need for complex manual data handling.
The workflow canvas transforms how users approach data integration by providing a visual canvas where data flow logic becomes immediately apparent. Users can see the complete data pipeline at a glance, understanding how information moves from source systems through transformations to final destinations.
Supported Node Categories
The system currently supports the following core node categories that work together to create complete data integration pipelines:
- Read nodes: Access data from multiple source types include sheets.
- Calculation nodes: Transform data through various methods, with Script currently active for SQL-based transformations. Formula, PlayBook, Mapping, Functions, and Rules are coming soon.
- Write nodes: Persist processed results to destinations include sheets.

Import and Export Workspace at Workspace Level
This enhancement allows Workspace Admin and Owners—who do not have access to the Admin Central platform—to import a new workspace and export the current workspace directly at the workspace level. Users can now perform import and export operations within the workspace they are currently working in, strengthening security and eliminating the need for broad organization-wide access.
A new Workspace Management section in Admin Central > Settings provides workspace-level import and export options, using the familiar Workspace interface to ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience.

Show Deleted Objects in Process
This enhancement adds a Show hidden objects toggle that lets users view deleted Processes, Activities, Task groups, Tasks, and Cycles. When enabled, deleted items appear in the list with a strikethrough, making it easy to distinguish them from active items and to audit what was removed. Search and filter options automatically update to include deleted items when the toggle is on.
