Set the Help Page Language

To enhance the global user experience, the Help icon within the JustPerform platform has been updated to redirect users to a language-specific Help page hosted on the ISW platform. This redirection is based on the user's preferred language setting, ensuring that support content is delivered in the most accessible and relevant format for each user.

When a user clicks the Help(Question Mark) icon on the Level 1 header and then selects the Help button in the pop-up, they are redirected to the corresponding Help page in a new browser tab, based on the user preferred language settings.

The preferred language is configured under the "My Profile" section in the side panel.

If the user has not set a preferred language, the system redirects them to the English Help page, by default, ensuring uninterrupted access to support resources.

Example:

  • Preferred Language: French → Redirects to French Help URL

  • Preferred Language: German → Redirects to German Help URL

  • Preferred Language: Not Set → Redirects to English Help URL

The Help page currently supports the following languages: English, French, German, Finnish, Swedish, Spanish, Chinese, Thai, and Vietnamese.

This enhancement ensures that users receive support content in their chosen language, improving accessibility and usability across regions.
