Introduction to JustPerform
JustPerform is a unified and intelligent performance management platform that empowers users to create, orchestrate, and execute processes around xP&A (Extended Planning and Analysis), consolidation, profitability analysis, and intelligent forecasts with AI and ML.
JustPerform achieves this by orchestrating process around three foundational pillars for “Unified & Intelligent Performance Management”: These foundational pillars are Business Process Focus, Intuitive User Experience, Governance & Change.
Business Process Focused
JustPerform enables enterprise users to define their business processes in a simple and visual manner. A business process in JustPerform is a consolidation of smaller units called scenarios. Each scenario covers a business outcome to be achieved. In addition to the business outcome, scenarios also cover various actions or steps to perform that scenario.
Upon completion of business process definition, JustPerform's intelligent algorithm reads the various actions or steps defined in a scenario and guides users to define the required models, associated business rules, and data flows. Once the process definition is complete, the actions or steps defined in scenarios are grouped into tasks, activities, and workflows.

Business Reference Models: Explore scenarios available in over 100 business reference models and adapt them to build your organization's specific business process instead of starting from scratch. Scenarios in business reference models cover business outcomes, and the models and data flows to support the scenario are automatically generated.
Scenario Management: Provides the ability to enhance scenarios inherited from business reference models or create new scenarios. Manage process changes by controlling them through scenarios using versioning and approval workflows. Approved scenarios are moved to the design, development, testing, and deployment stages using release management.
Intuitive User Experience
Automated insights are incomplete without the ability for users to intuitively and easily influence them. JustPerform's user interactions are designed with a deep understanding of business users—their needs, values, abilities, and limitations. It combines the familiarity and flexibility of tools like Microsoft Excel and visual dashboards with guided workflows, enterprise controls, and rich presentation capabilities.

Microsoft 365 JustPerform Add-in: The Microsoft 365 JustPerform Add-in allows users to utilize the familiar Excel interface for analyzing data in JustPerform and to interact with or input additional data based on the tasks and activities assigned to them. Workflows: Workflows guide people to get work done efficiently. They provide a streamlined user experience that leads individuals through the defined processes necessary to achieve business outcomes. This user experience is tailored so that people with different security roles have an experience that best suits their work. These activities and tasks provide visual indicators that show people where they are in the business process. Business process flows reduce the need for training because new users can rely on the process to guide them, rather than focusing on which tasks they should be using.
Governance and Change
Changes to processes and systems are inevitable, especially when it comes to managing business performance. The governance processes integrated into JustPerform help manage all changes to the production operations environment from inception to completion. To successfully manage change throughout JustPerform, all modifications are recorded and authorized at the appropriate level. This process begins by updating the scenario details and flows through the release management process. For regular maintenance tasks, Workspace Owners can define fine-grain authorizations for maintaining specific enterprise structures (master data), data enrichment rules in data flow, and business rules for calculations.

Release Management: Track the status of approved scenarios through the design, development, testing, and deployment stages. This includes tracking test results, incidents against the scenarios before deployment, and monitoring incidents post-deployment.
