Get Access to JustPerform
To access JustPerform, the administrator of your company's workspace needs to create your account. This will trigger an email with an invitation link to activate your account, which will be sent to your email address. You can follow the instructions in the email to activate the account and set the password.
- Self-registration is unavailable for users to activate the account.
- Administrators can refer to the Permissions section for steps on how to create new user.
Activate Your Account
After the administrator creates your account in JustPerform, you will receive an email from Cathy@justperform.com with an account activation link.
When you click on Activate Profile, the system will navigate you to the website to set your password.
After setting up your password and submitting:
- Your account gets activated.
Your email and password will be your credentials for accessing JustPerform going forward.
You will now have access to the workspace your administrator added your account to.
Log In to JustPerform
- JustPerform can be accessed using the URL https://active.justperform.com/.
Provide your email address and press Enter or click on Continue.
Enter your password on the next page and click on Continue to log in to JustPerform.
If single sign-on (SSO) is set up for you, the system will automatically navigate to the home page.
Reset Your Password
You can either reset the password yourself or get support from the work administrator to reset it.
Self-Reset Password
On the login page, after providing your email address and clicking Continue, click on Forgot password to receive the reset password link in your email.
A password reset email will be sent to your registered email address. When you click on the Reset Password link, the system will redirect you to webpage, where you can set your new password.
Sample password reset email:
Click on the link, which will navigate you to the Set Password page. Enter your new password and click Submit.
Note: Your email address and password will be used as credentials for logging in each time.
Reset Password by Administrator
The Workspace Owner or Administrator can also reset your password.
Refer to the Permissions section for details on how the workspace administrator can reset passwords.
