A Total row appears at the top, allowing users to quickly view aggregated values without manually calculating totals from individual cells. These features provide a more efficient and structured financial review, helping users track, analyze, and manage data seamlessly.

Debit Column - Shows debit amounts for the selected cell, presenting increases to asset and expense accounts or decreases to liability, equity, and revenue accounts.
Credit Column - Shows credit amounts for the selected cell, presenting increases to liability, equity, and revenue accounts or decreases to asset and expense accounts.
Balance Column - Shows the net balance, calculated from the debit and credit amounts, providing the resultant value at a glance.

Total Row
A Total row appears at the top of the data detail view, displaying aggregated values across all detail rows. Viewing Data Details
To view the data detail view with Debit, Credit, and Balance columns:
- Right-click on the required cell in the sheet
- Select View Data Details from the list
- The data detail view opens, displaying the Debit, Credit, and Balance columns along with the Total row at the top
