Event Log and Sheet Calculation Status
The Sheet Calculation status functionality under "Monitor" in the Event Log allows users to check the history and status of actions performed by users, such as viewing reports, saving data, and checking field members.
The event log can be accessed from Governance > Monitor > Event Log.
The event log screen displays a comprehensive history of events performed by users in the system, including information such as:
- Event ID
- Category: Type of object accessed (e.g., Fields, Sheet, Model).
- Object Name: Name of the main object accessed by the user.
- Snippet Name: Name of the report/input form (if relevant).
- Event: Type of action (e.g., Read, Save, Publish, Import, Export).
- User ID
- Status of the action
- Event Start Time
- Event End Time
- User's IP Address
- User's Email ID
- Application used by the user
Sheet Calculation Status
When a user uploads data into the system, the status provides a breakdown of Upload vs. Calculation, including information about the completion rate of the upload program. This detailed status is displayed under the "In Progress" icon on the upper right side of the screen.

Upload vs. Calculation Breakdown
The status display distinguishes between two phases of data processing:
Upload Status - Shows the progress of data upload into the system, indicating how much of the upload operation has completed.
Calculation Status - Shows the progress of calculations being performed on the uploaded data, indicating how much of the calculation operation has completed.
Completion Rate - Displays information about the completion rate of the upload program, enabling users to monitor progress in real-time.
