Activities Home Page

After logging in, the Activities Home Page displays all cycles and activity instances based on the user’s role and authorization. A cycle dropdown filters activities, and an instance dropdown at the activity level enables instance selection. A search bar enables users to find specific activities by name. The footer provides access to Connection Name, Workspace Selection, Language Selection, My Support, and Logout.

Working with Activities

When a user selects an activity and instance, the Activities screen displays the assigned tasks. Sheet and snippet tasks load directly into the active Google Sheet tab. Non-sheet tasks open in a new browser tab in JustPerform web. Users and reviewers update workflow status directly from the add-in.

The following table describes the key capabilities available within the Activities screen:

Feature Description
Save Pushes data entered in the Google Sheet back to JustPerform. Supports sheet-level and workbook-level operations via a dropdown.
Refresh Pulls the latest data from JustPerform into the Google Sheet. Supports sheet-level and workbook-level operations via a dropdown.
Data Details Displays a breakdown of the selected cell’s value from the loaded template. Select the Data Details icon in the Activities header.
Data History Shows the audit history for a specific cell value. Use the dropdown to switch between Data Details and Data History.
User Context Displays all dimensions available in the active workbook (such as Time, Version, and Account). Users change context selections to update the data view. A Reset button restores the original instance context if manually overridden.
Cell Picker Controls where task data appears in the Google Sheet. On the first load, data starts from the currently active cell. On subsequent loads, a confirmation dialog enables cell repositioning.
Loaded Tasks Lists all tasks currently loaded in the active Google Sheet tab. Each task provides Remove (removes from Google Sheet only) and Open in Web (opens in JustPerform web).
Localization Administrators manage translations via the Platform Localization tab in JustPerform web, under the Google Add-In option.
