Interactive Boards
The Board function consolidates information and visualizations from diverse Snippets and Sheets onto a single page, creating an integrated view. It functions as a dynamic workspace, enabling users to review and update multiple datasets simultaneously, facilitating efficient workflow. The Board facilitates a holistic understanding of the data by combining insights from different perspectives.
Board Elements
Boards can integrate Sheets, Input Snippets, Report Snippets, Visual Snippets (Model/Virtual Model), Text Boxes, Shapes, and Calculation Tasks. Text boxes support rich formatting, hyperlinks (internal and external), and images. Internal links connect to system components within the workspace, while external links point to resources outside the system.
Board Types
There are the following board types in JustPerform:
Canvas - Fixed width with unlimited height, allowing continuous scrolling dashboards.
Slides - Fixed width and height according to presentation size.
Docs - Fixed width and height conforming to A4 format.
Responsive - Adapts dynamically to various screen sizes.
Interactive Features
View and Edit Modes - View mode displays the dashboard. Edit mode allows users to resize, replace, remove, and add items.
Data Operations - Refresh board items for updated data, save entered data to sheets or input snippets, explore item sources, and apply filters to select specific members.
Calculation Tasks - Execute calculation tasks directly from board interfaces using visual buttons. Tasks run using the current context and data from the board.
Image Links - Add clickable links to images that connect to internal system components, preserving board selections and context when navigating.
Localization - Text box content displays in multiple languages based on user profile settings, with each language version maintaining independent formatting and hyperlinks.
AI-Powered Boards with Lineos
JustPerform features integrated AI-powered capabilities through Lineos AI boards, enabling users to perform intelligent data analysis and create visualizations directly within the platform.
