Level 1 Header
The Level 1 Header is the blue band that appears at the top of every page in JustPerform. This header provides access to essential navigation and system functions that remain available throughout your session.
The Level 1 Header remains visible on every page throughout the application and provides consistent access to navigation and system functions. It does not change based on the module or object you are viewing and stays fixed at the top of the screen as you scroll through content.
The Level 1 Header contains the following options from left to right:

Logo
The JustPerformlogo appears on the left side of the Level 1 Header.
Click the logo at any time to navigate back to the landing page from anywhere in the application. The landing page displays your workspace overview and Favorites panel.
Lineos
The Lineos provides access to Lineos features and functionality within JustPerform.
Click Lineos to open the Lineos interface or panel where you can use Lineos features. The availability of Lineos features depends on your user role and permissions.
My Support
The My Support connects you to customer support and technical assistance.
Click My Support to open the support portal in a new tab or window. In the support portal, you can:
Submit a support ticket for technical issues
View the status of your existing tickets
Access support resources and documentation
Contact technical support for assistance
Show Event Log
The Show Event Log displays system notifications, alerts, and activity updates.
Click the Show Event Log icon to open a panel with recent events and system notifications. Unread notifications may display a badge or indicator on the icon. You can click on any event in the list to view more details. Click outside the panel to close it.
Help
The Help option provides access to JustPerformdocumentation and user guides.
Click Help to open the help panel or documentation window. You can browse topics, search for specific information, and access user guides. The help documentation may provide context-sensitive content based on the page you are currently viewing.
v25.06: View JustPerform Version in About section
Users can now easily view the current version and build of JustPerform directly from the application interface. This enhancement improves transparency and helps users stay informed about the specific release they are working on.
To access Version Information:

Click the Help icon located in the Level 1 header.
Select About from the dropdown options.

Workspace Selector
The Workspace Selector displays your current workspace name and allows you to switch between available workspaces.
Click the Workspace Selector to view a dropdown list of all workspaces you have access to. Select a workspace from the list to switch to it. The interface refreshes and displays the selected workspace with its objects and configurations.
Note: Each workspace is an independent environment. Objects created in one workspace are not visible in other workspaces.
Profile
The Profile menu provides access to your user account settings and preferences.
Click the Profile icon to open a dropdown menu with the following options:
My Profile – View and edit your user information
Preferences – Configure your user preferences and settings
Change Password – Update your account password
Log Out – Sign out of JustPerform
v25.06: Regional Number Format in My Profile
The Regional Number Format allows users to configure their preferred number format across the workspace through their profile settings.
The Regional Number Format dropdown under My Profile allows users to customize numeric formatting across various screens. This ensures a consistent display of numerical data throughout the platform, improving clarity and usability.
Accessing Number Format Settings:
Click on the Workspace User icon in the Level 1 header.
Select My Profile from the dropdown.
Locate the Regional Number Format dropdown.
Select your preferred number format.
Click Save to apply the settings.
Users can now select a preferred number format and save their settings, ensuring uniform formatting across multiple sections, including Field Management, Financial Data Views, Models, Boards, and Snippets.
The update also includes refined Metric Format examples, preventing confusion between Regional Number Format and Metric Number Format.
