Navigating Metrics
Sheet Details
To navigate to metrics in a sheet, click the Sheet Details button in the level 2 header of the sheet page.
Metrics Tab
The metric list within the sheet is displayed. Click on any metric to view its Metric Details, or click the Explore button on the metric row to go to the metric page.
In the level 2 header, users can switch from List view to Table View to view the metric list. Clicking on the link button will display linked dimensions.
Actions Tab
When Consolidate Data in Sheet is enabled in sheet's Fields pane, the rules used in consolidation appear in the Actions tab.
All the rules for consolidation will appear here, along with their name and description. The toggle switch will display the active or inactive status of the rule. You can click on the rule to update its status. The Explore button lets you update and run the rule. You can also run the rule directly from the Actions tab or add it as a calculation task in Activities for other users to run.
Access Metric Page
You can navigate to the metric page of a specific metric via either sheet data or Sheet Details.

Access Metric Page from Sheet Details
In the sheet page, click the Sheet Details button in the level 2 header to access the Metrics tab.
Click the Explore icon on a metric row to open the metric page of the specific metric.
Access Metric Page from Sheet Data
In the sheet page, click on any cell. The system will detect which metric that cell belongs to and display the metric name and formula (if applicable) in the formula bar at the top-left corner of the sheet, below the level 2 header.
Click the Explore button to navigate to the metric page.
Metric Summary List in App and Functional Area
A Metric Summary List is available in the Metrics or Metric tab of an App or Functional Area. The list provides a consolidated view of all metrics within an App or a Functional Area, displaying key configuration details in one location.
Information Displayed
The Metric Summary List provides detailed information about each metric, including:

| Sheet Name | The sheet where the metric was created |
| Metric Name | The unique identifier for the metric within its sheet |
| Data Type | The type of data the metric contains (Number, Percentage, Integer, Currency, Date, Text, Boolean, List, Field, Document, or Data Status) |
| Formula | The calculation formula for Formula, Parent, and Summary metrics |
| Notes | Any additional documentation or comments about the metric |
| References | Related metrics, fields, or other dependencies |
| Applies To | Field and member combinations where the metric applies |
| Data Protection Rule | Any data protection rules applied to the metric |
| Fields Used | The fields included in the metric configuration |
| Functional Area | The Functional Area to which the sheet belongs |
