The new Platform Integration feature enables new customers to centralize user administration through the ISW Platform, creating a unified experience that spans multiple applications while maintaining backward compatibility for existing customers.

The Platform Integration enables new customers to manage users centrally through the ISW Platform while existing customers continue with their current JustPerform workflows uninterrupted.

Platform Authentication Login Process
The platform integration introduces a streamlined authentication experience that connects JustPerform users with the broader insightsoftware ecosystem. When users access JustPerform through the platform integration, they experience a unified login process that maintains security while providing seamless access to all their licensed applications.
To log in through the platform:
Navigate to the JustPerform URL provided by your administrator.
Enter your email address in the login field.
Click Continue to proceed to the ISW Platform authentication page.

Complete authentication using your assigned method:
Enter your password if using standard authentication.
Complete SSO authentication if configured for your organization.
Access JustPerform automatically upon successful authentication.
Platform Interface
Once authenticated, users gain access to enhanced interface options in the upper-right corner of the JustPerform application. These options provide direct access to platform features and user management functions.
Switch Application
Switch Application provides seamless navigation between all your licensed insightsoftware applications without requiring separate authentication for each product. The button displays a comprehensive list of all applications available to your user account, allowing you to move between products while maintaining your session and work progress.
Lineos
Lineos provides AI-powered assistance for enhanced productivity within JustPerform. This feature utilizes AI services trained on comprehensive JustPerform documentation to support common tasks, provide smart insights, and deliver advanced data analysis and recommendations.
My Support
My Support provides direct access to customer support resources and case management. Users can submit support tickets, track existing cases, and access support documentation specific to their organization and user permissions.
Show Event Log
Show Event Log displays system events and user activity logs relevant to your current session and workspace. This feature provides transparency into system operations and helps with troubleshooting and audit requirements.
Help
Help provides immediate access to comprehensive JustPerform documentation and support materials. The feature delivers context-sensitive help articles, step-by-step guides, troubleshooting resources, and best-practice documentation without interrupting your current workflow.
My Profile
My Profile contains user account settings and session management options with two main functions:
