Set the Help Page Language

To enhance the global user experience, the Help icon within the JustPerform platform redirects users to a language-specific Help Documentation site hosted on the ISW platform. This redirection is based on the user's preferred language setting, ensuring that support content is delivered in the most accessible and relevant format for each user, improving accessibility and usability across regions.

When a user clicks the Help (question mark) icon on the Level 1 header and then selects Help in the pop-up, they are redirected to the corresponding Help documentation site in a new browser tab, based on the user preferred language settings.

The preferred language can be configured in My Profile.To open My Profile, click the Workspace User button in the level 1 header and then select My Profile.

If the user has not set a preferred language, the system redirects them to the English Help Documentation, by default, ensuring uninterrupted access to support resources.

Examples:

  • Preferred Language: French → Redirects to French Help URL

  • Preferred Language: German → Redirects to German Help URL

  • Preferred Language: Not Set → Redirects to English Help URL

The Help page currently supports the following languages: English, French, and German.
