Navigating Boards
Access Existing Boards
In the Explorer, boards are represented with a bar chart icon.
To access an existing board, navigate to the functional area where the desired board is located, then click on the board to open it.
Board Operations in the Explorer
Beside an existing board in the Explorer, clicking the ellipsis will reveal options that allow you to perform various operations:
New Tab: View the content of the board in a separate browser tab.
Copy: Duplicate the board, creating an identical copy that can be modified or used independently from the original.
Edit: Takes you to the Board Details pane and lets you modify the board details.
Delete: Permanently deletes the board. However, the snippets and sheets used in the board remain unaffected.
Operations on Board Items
For a board item, users have multiple options to access each:
Refresh: Refreshes the board item for updated data.
Save Data: Saves entered data to a sheet or input snippet.
Explore: This option takes you to the source of the board item where they can now edit or view it.
Filter: You can select specific members for the field. The visual will dynamically update per the selection.
Actions: In edit mode, the dropdown contains the options to export the itme, copy/move/clear data, and delete the item from the board. The item is only deleted from the board; its source remains intact.
Board Level 2 Header
Selections: Enables users to apply filters based on field member selections, allowing for a specific view of the data.
Refresh: Updates the displayed data with the most recent information. By clicking the refresh button, any changes made to the underlying data source or updates made by other users will be reflected in the current view. The time after refresh is displayed beside it.
Save Data: Saves entered data to a sheet or input snippet.
Add: Allows users to add items to the board. The items include Snippets, Text, Shapes, Calculation, and Lineos Insights.
View Mode/Edit Mode: View mode lets users only view the board. In Edit mode, users can resize, replace, remove, and add new items to the board.
Publish Board: Saves the changes made to the board.

Show/Hide Header: Displays or hides the level 1 header for an improved view.
Snippets Pane
This Snippets pane contains the list of items added to the board. Clicking any of these items will display the item details in the left pane, where users can view details like name, title, layout, and options. The right pane will display the fields contained in the item and their details like allowed members.
Clicking the Open New Tab icon on the right of each item will open the item in a web tab where users can view and edit item details.
When the Snippets pane is folded, the title changes to Snippet List.
v25.11: Localization Support for Tables in Board
Display board table content in multiple languages. Users automatically see labels, headers, and descriptive text in their preferred language while the underlying data remains consistent.
Use localization support for global financial reporting, executive dashboards, and improving accessibility for international teams.
Translations are configured within the board design interface at the table element level.
To add translations:
Open your board in design or edit mode
Select the table element requiring translation
Access the translation options for that element
Enter content for each supported language
Save the board
Users see content in their preferred language based on their profile settings. If a translation is unavailable, the system displays the default language. Localization applies to labels, headers, and descriptive text while underlying data and calculations remain unchanged across all language versions.
