Resequence Activities
Option to sequence activities in a cycle: Previously, the sequence of activities inside a single cycle was fixed (based on the time of creation). Now, users can change the sequence by going to Process > Monitor > Edit Cycle and moving the sequence. The cycle present in My Activity (both web and add-in) and the Monitor page will then display the exact sequence in the cycle edit.
v25.06: Duplicate Cycle (Under Monitor tab)
JustPerform enhances workflow management with the ability to duplicate existing cycles directly from the Monitor tab. Users can now efficiently replicate cycles for reuse or modification, streamlining process management and improving overall productivity.
The duplicate cycle capability helps create similar cycles with minor variations, eliminating the time-consuming process of recreating cycles from scratch. This allows users to leverage existing cycle configurations as templates for new processes.
Accessing the Copy Feature
To access the duplicate cycle functionality:
Navigate to Explorer >> Process
Select any available process from the list
Click on the Monitor tab
Locate the copy icon next to the edit icon for each cycle
The copy icon is strategically positioned for intuitive workflow integration, allowing users to quickly identify and duplicate cycles without disrupting their current process monitoring activities.
Copying a Cycle
To duplicate an existing cycle:
Click the Copy Icon next to the desired cycle
A side panel will appear on the right-hand side, displaying complete cycle details
Modify any editable fields as needed (except Process Name, which remains non-editable)
Click Save to create the duplicated cycle
The side panel provides a comprehensive view of all cycle parameters, enabling users to make precise adjustments while maintaining visibility of the original cycle configuration.
When duplicating a cycle, users can modify any editable fields as needed. The Process Name remains non-editable to maintain process integrity. All validations and functionalities remain unchanged, ensuring consistency with existing process rules.
Benefits
Duplicating cycles eliminates the need to recreate similar processes from scratch, significantly reducing setup time and improving productivity.
Users can leverage existing cycle configurations as templates, ensuring consistency across similar processes while allowing for necessary customizations.
The intuitive copy icon placement within the Monitor tab makes cycle duplication easily accessible during regular workflow monitoring activities.
v25.07: Additional columns in Process Monitor Export file
The Export file in the Monitor tab under Process now includes three additional columns: Due Date (dd/mm/yyyy format), Updated at (dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss format), and Updated by (Username text).
Accessing Export file
Navigate to Process > Monitor tab.
Click on Ellipses on the Level 2 Header.
Select Export to download the process data.
The exported Excel file will now include the new tracking columns: Due Date, Updated at, and Updated by for the Active Cycles.
